Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?
You must satisfy all three conditions – residency, educational qualification and age.
1. Domicile
Only permanent residents of Assam are eligible. You will need to produce a valid residence certificate when required.
2. Educational Qualification
You must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board. Aggregate marks will be calculated excluding optional / extra / fourth subject.
- General category: minimum 50% marks.
- SC / ST(P) / ST(H) category: minimum 45% marks (5% relaxation).
Candidates with pending results are not eligible to apply.

- Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number and email. Click “Save & Proceed”.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile. Your account will be verified.
- Login using your mobile number and date of birth.
- Fill the application form – personal details, educational qualification, category, and choice of district for exam centre. (Your seat allotment depends on this district choice.)
- Upload photograph, signature and required documents.
- Pay the ₹600 application fee online.
- Preview the entire form. Check for mistakes. Then click “Final Submit”.
- Download the confirmation page and take a printout. Keep it safe for counselling.
