Educational Qualification
For Assam Gardens (Advt. No. 2026/08/02):
- Degree from a recognised University
- Degree or Diploma in Labour Welfare / Social Science recognised by the Government of Assam
- Adequate knowledge of Assamese and Hindi
For West Bengal Gardens (Advt. No. 2026/08/01):
- Degree from a recognised University
- Post Graduate degree or diploma in Labour and Social Welfare recognised by the Government of West Bengal
- OR passed Labour Welfare Officer's Training Course of the Labour Department of the Government of West Bengal
- Thorough knowledge of Bengali and can speak Hindi
Experience
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience for E0 level
