Eligibility Criteria – Post Wise
Case Worker (1 Post)
Qualification:
- Any Woman having a Bachelor's degree in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology
- At least 3 years experience of working on women-related domains in a Government or Non-Government project/programme
- Should be a resident of the local community
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Counsellor (1 Post)
Qualification:
- Any Woman having a professional degree/diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences
- Background in health sector
- Preferably at least 3 years experience of working within a Government or Non-Government health project/programme at the district level
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Security Guard (1 Post)
Qualification:
- Any person having at least 2 years experience of working as security personnel in a Government or reputed organisation at the district/state level
- Preferably retired military/paramilitary personnel
Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 years and 40 years of age as on 01/01/2026, with relaxation:
- SC/ST(H)/ST(P): 5 years relaxation
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years relaxation
- PwD: 10 years relaxation
